Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries and Double Patties

Ingredients :

For the Burger Patties:

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juicier burgers)

Salt and pepper to taste

4 slices cheddar cheese

8 slices of bacon, cooked

4 brioche or sesame seed burger buns

For the Fries:

2 cups frozen French fries (or homemade fries)

Oil for frying (if making homemade)

For the Toppings:

¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

Pickles (optional)

Directions :

1. Cook the French Fries:

Prepare the fries according to package instructions or fry homemade fries in oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.

2. Prepare the Burger Patties:

Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form into 4 equal-sized patties. Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.

3. Cook the Bacon:

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Set aside on paper towels to drain the excess grease.

4. Assemble the Burger:

Toast the brioche or sesame seed buns in a skillet or on the grill until lightly golden. Spread a layer of mayonnaise and ketchup on the bottom bun. Place two cooked burger patties on the bun, each topped with melted cheddar cheese. Add a few slices of crispy bacon on top. Pile some freshly made fries on top of the bacon for an extra indulgent touch.

5. Top It Off:

Optionally, add pickles or additional toppings of your choice. Place the top bun on the loaded burger.

6. Serve:

Enjoy your loaded bacon cheeseburger with fries and a cold drink! This massive burger is perfect for satisfying your cravings!
