Yogurt and Chocolate Chip Pancakes (No Oven!)

These soft, golden pancakes with melty chocolate chips are cooked on a pan — no oven needed! Made with yogurt, they’re extra moist and light. Perfect for breakfast, snacks, or sweet cravings!

Ingredients :

1 large egg

• 3 tbsp granulated sugar (45 g)

• 1 sachet vanilla sugar (8 g)

• 3 tbsp neutral oil (45 ml)

• 125 g yogurt (plain or vanilla, ~1/2 cup)

• 60 ml milk (~1/4 cup)

• 190 g all-purpose flour (~1½ cups)

• 10 g baking powder (~2 tsp)

• 50 g chocolate chips (~1/4 cup)

Directions :

1. Prepare the Batter

In a mixing bowl, whisk together egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy. Add in oil, yogurt, and milk. Stir until well blended.

2. Incorporate Dry Ingredients

Sift in the flour and baking powder. Stir to combine into a smooth batter. Fold in the chocolate chips evenly.

3. Cook on the Stovetop

Heat a non-stick pan over low-medium heat. Pour small circles of batter. Cook until bubbles form, flip, and cook until golden on both sides.

4. Serve

Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, or drizzled with honey or chocolate syrup.
