Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 ½ cups sugar
• 6 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
For Glaze:
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2–3 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions :
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla.
5. Mix in mashed bananas and sour cream until combined.
6. Add dry ingredients gradually, then stir in banana pudding mix.
7. Pour batter into prepared bundt pan. Bake 65–75 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
9. For glaze: whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth, then drizzle over cooled cake.
