•3 ripe bananas, mashed;

  •⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted;

  •½ cup milk;

  •1 large egg, at room temperature;

  •1 tsp vanilla extract;

  •1 cup granulated sugar;

  •½ cup creamy peanut butter;

  •1 ½ cups all-purpose flour;

  •1 tsp baking soda;

  •½ tsp ground cinnamon;

  •pinch of salt; 

  •¾ cup of chocolate drops.


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 Add 3 mashed bananas, ⅓ cup melted butter, ½ cup milk, large egg, and 1 tsp vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Mix.

2. When completely combined, add 1 cup granulated sugar and mix well. Set aside.

3. Add ½ cup creamy peanut butter to another large mixing bowl, beat using an electric mixer until smooth.

4. Then, add the banana batter and beat until completely combined.

5. Finally, add 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking soda, ½ tsp ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix using a rubber spatula until combined.

6. Then, stir in ¾ cup chocolate drops.

7. Grease a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray and line with parchment paper. Leave some paper hanging on two sides, it will help to remove banana bread with peanut butter. Transfer the banana bread batter to the prepared loaf pan. Spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until ready. Check the readiness of the peanut butter banana bread with chocolate chips using a toothpick inserted in the center, if it comes out clean – banana bread is ready. Remove the loaf pan from the oven and let it cool completely in a pan. Then, remove from the pan, slice, and serve.
