Bread recipes



 

INGREDIENTS : 

   ° 500g flour

   ° 1 sachet granulated baker's yeast

   ° 1.5 glass of hot water

   ° 1 tsp salt

   ° 1 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS :

STEP 1

Mix the flour, olive oil, sachet of yeast, salt and add the water. Blending to a homogeneous paste is obtain. The gesture is important: act as if you were folding a handkerchief with the dough.

STEP 2

Be careful the dough must not stick to the wall! Add more flour if it sticks, or water if it's too dry.

STEP 3

Take a cake mold and line with baking paper, put the bread, make the braces with a sharp knife.

STEP 4

Take a clean kitchen towel, wet it and put it on the bread.

STEP 5

Wait an hour for the dough to rise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to thermostat 7 or 220°C for about 20 minutes.

STEP 6

Bake for 40 min
