What sets these peppermint patties apart is their simplicity. With just a handful of ingredients—most of which are pantry staples—you can create a candy shop-quality dessert right at home. Plus, making them yourself ensures you know exactly what’s going into each batch, allowing you to adjust flavors, toppings, and even textures to suit your preferences.

Ingredients :

¾ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract

4 cups confectioners sugar

1 pound chocolate almond bark

Sprinkles (optional)

Directions :

1. Prep the Tray:

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set it aside. Clear space in your freezer for the tray.

2. Mix the Dough

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract.
Slowly mix in the confectioners sugar using an electric mixer until a stiff, non-sticky dough forms.

3. Shape the Patties

Roll dough into small balls, place them on the tray, and gently flatten each into a thick disc. Freeze for 1 hour.

4. Melt the Chocolate

Melt almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.

5. Dip and Decorate

Dip each patty in the melted chocolate, shake off the excess, and place it back on the lined tray. Add sprinkles if desired.

6. Set and Serve

Let the chocolate fully set at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container. ENJOY!
