Ingredients :
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, ½ cup of breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
