Here’s a delightful Cheese Chicken Nuggets recipe with a crispy coating and a cheesy twist. These nuggets are perfect as a snack, appetizer, or a fun meal for kids and adults alike. Ingredients :


1 lb (450g) ground chicken

1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs (plus extra for coating)

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Cooking oil for frying

Directions :


1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture: 

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, ½ cup of breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

2. Shape the Nuggets: 

Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and form it into nugget-sized shapes. Place them on a plate or tray.

3. Set Up Breading Station: 

Place flour in one bowl, lightly beaten egg in another, and panko breadcrumbs in a third bowl.

4. Coat the Nuggets: 

Dredge each nugget in flour, dip it into the egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs. Press gently to make sure the breadcrumbs stick.

5. Fry the Nuggets: 

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the nuggets in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Alternatively, bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden.

6. Serve: 

Drain on paper towels and serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce.
