Loaded Cowboy BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

 


Ingredients :


1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or elbow works best)

1 cup BBQ sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup crispy fried onions

Serves about 6-8    

Directions :


1. Cook the Beef: 

Brown ground beef in a skillet with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Drain any grease.

2. Combine Ingredients: 

In a large bowl, mix cooked beef, pasta, BBQ sauce, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and crumbled bacon. Transfer to a greased baking dish.

3. Top with Fried Onions: 

Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top.

4. Bake: 

Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

5. Serve: 

This casserole is smoky, savory, and packed with cowboy flavors perfect for the whole family!
