Ingredients :

•  2 cups white chocolate chips

• 1 cup toasted pecans, chopped

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions :

1. Prepare the Pan:

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

2. Melt the Chocolate:

In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

3. Add Flavor:

Remove from heat and mix in the caramel sauce, chopped pecans, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

4. Pour into Pan:

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula. Drizzle additional caramel sauce over the top for extra flavor.

5. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

6. Cut and Serve:

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Helpful Tips :

Quality Ingredients: Use high-quality white chocolate for the best flavor and texture. Avoid using chocolate chips that contain stabilizers, as they may not melt smoothly.

Pecan Preparation: Toasting pecans enhances their flavor. Simply place them on a baking sheet and roast at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until fragrant.

Cutting Fudge: For cleaner cuts, warm your knife under hot water, dry it, and then slice the fudge. This will prevent it from sticking and ensure neat pieces.

Storage: Keep the fudge refrigerated to maintain its firmness. You can also freeze it for longer storage—just ensure it’s wrapped tightly to prevent freezer burn.
