Ingredients :
8 lamb chops
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions :
Step 1 :
Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2 :
In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and dried rosemary.
Step 3 :
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 4 :
Press the Parmesan garlic mixture onto one side of each lamb chop.
Step 5 :
